Thank you for shopping at Shear Passion (shearpassion.net), operated by Aces and Eights Development LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the original delivery date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or final-sale reasons:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@shearpassion.net with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return authorization and the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shearpassion.net with photos. We will provide a free return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank. Processing times may vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@shearpassion.net.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
