Thank you for shopping at Shear Passion (shearpassion.net), operated by Aces and Eights Development LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on your location and the carrier's service. Please note that these times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us at info@shearpassion.net.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@shearpassion.net within 12 hours so we can update it before shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during sale events or peak holiday seasons;
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters;
  • Carrier service disruptions;
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
  • Items that require additional quality inspection.

We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Shear Passion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors and family members;
  • Looking around the delivery location, including porches, garages, and side doors;
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number;
  • Reporting the issue to local authorities if you suspect theft.

If you cannot locate your package within 5 business days of the delivery date, please contact us at info@shearpassion.net and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shearpassion.net with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim it from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Refunds for returned-to-sender orders will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
